Sugarpill 'Sparkle Baby' Eyeshadows

I was watching some beauty gurus the other night and I saw that a girl was using a SugarPill palette that I'd never seen before. I'm not sure if it's brand new or if I've just been out of the loop, but I wanted it immediately. I went to the website and looked around and saw that they sold the eyeshadows individually, so I opted for that since I only really wanted two of the shadows that were in the palette. The palette is called the 'Sparkle Baby Palette' and it sells for $34.00, but with shipping it would cost about $39.00. I bought 'Frostine' and 'Kitten Parade' and spent $30.00, including shipping. If you want all of the shades in the palette, it'd be much cheaper to simply buy the whole palette, but since I only wanted two, it was a better deal for me to just purchase them separately. I took pictures of the packaging the makeup came in, as well as the eyeshadows themselves and swatches.

Since this was my first time ordering from Sugarpill, I had no idea what to expect as far as packaging goes. I figured it would be cute, but I had no idea it would be this stinkin' cute. I absolutely love the sticker and although the sample they gave me isn't a shade I think I'll be using much, I still love that they included it in my package. Overall, packaging gets a 10/10 for me!

Once again, adorable packaging for the eyeshadows. I mean, just look at that kitty!

And now we get to the good part...the actual eyeshadows. The one I was looking forward to the most is definitely 'Frostine'. It's the perfect lavender color, which I've been looking for for months! I was so excited when I first saw it and I'm not disappointed.

The second shade I got it 'Kitten Parade' and it's a gorgeous shimmery peach color. I mainly got it because I thought it would look amazing with 'Frostine'. These colors complement each other very well, which makes sense since they're from the same eyeshadow palette.

Here are the swatches I promised. 'Frostine' is on the left and 'Kitten Parade' is on the right.

And last but not least..the sample they sent. It looks like a nice sized sample and I'll probably try to use it in some look, but it's not a color I would typically reach for. It is one of their loose eyeshadows and it appears to be in the shade 'Magentric'.

Overall, I am very impressed with the eyeshadow quality and color payoff, both of these eyeshadows look gorgeous and I believe I'll be using them frequently.

First Shiro Cosmetics Order

So yesterday I ordered a few shadows from Shiro Cosmetics, a company I've never ordered from before. I'm going to post pictures of the shadows I ordered now and will post a review and swatches once I receive the shadows. Here's hoping the shadows are as lovely as I think they'll be!
